At Timber Ridge, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, securely, and reliably.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, only to the lower 48 states. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at Orders@timberridgeproducts.com .

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at Returns@timberridgeproducts.com . We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
