Timber Ridge® Limited Warranty
At Timber Ridge®, we stand behind the quality of our products and the experiences they are built to support. This Limited Warranty reflects our commitment to making things right if something doesn’t perform as it should.
Warranty Coverage
Timber Ridge® warrants that all Timber Ridge products, including but not limited to packs, coolers, outdoor furniture, tents, and related accessories, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Products purchased through Timber Ridge authorized dealers or directly from Timber Ridge at timberridgeproducts.com are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
Products purchased through third-party online marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
If a product is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period, Timber Ridge will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Retailer Support
Timber Ridge values our retail partners and encourages customers to first contact the original place of purchase for assistance, particularly for recently purchased items.
Authorized Timber Ridge retailers may, at their discretion, assist with product exchanges or returns in accordance with their individual store policies. Timber Ridge will work directly with our retail partners to support appropriate warranty resolutions.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, misuse, or abuse
- Accidents, neglect, or improper care
- Exposure to conditions beyond the product’s intended use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help evaluate the claim.

If a return is required:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Timber Ridge
- Timber Ridge will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement products
Do not return products without prior authorization.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timber Ridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to personal property.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Additional Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

We design Timber Ridge products to perform in the real world. If something doesn’t meet that standard due to a manufacturing defect, we will work to make it right quickly and fairly.
