SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, only to the lower 48 states. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at: Support@timberridgeproducts.com.
Processing time
All processed orders will dispatch within 24-36 hours from Monday to Friday. Please see our Holiday Schedule for more details. Allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive if using a default carrier. If you have not received your order in a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at Returns@timberridgeproducts.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
Multiple packages
In order to comply with carrier policies in handling heavy or large items, our products are mailed out in single packages. An individual package might be picked up by different carrier trucks and delivered separately. When purchasing multiple items, please be prepared to receive packages in different time segments. To avoid confusion, please refer to your order confirmation email for a complete list.
Order confirmation & tracking
Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out. You can track your parcel via the following links:

FAST RETURN
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Timber Ridge® product as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies - please contact them directly for more information.
